ROCIO SUMMERS
Rocio Summers is the Founder and President at RSIBC.
Rocio is an alumna of Harvard Business School (GMP), has a Master's in Financial Direction from the Instituto de Empresa (ie), and is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) governance fellow.
She brings expertise in finance and operations in different countries in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Passionate about global business, she founded RSIBC to help businesses and organizations achieve success in their international ventures by assisting them in designing their strategy, and building their financial and operational organizations.
Before founding RSIBC, Rocio served as the CFO of global corporations in Europe, USA, Canada, and Latin America.
She is competent in ESG strategy and reporting, having obtained the IFRS FSA Credential (SASB Standards). She is a Senior Advisor for Close Group Consulting (CGC), where she brings the corporate CFO perspective to the evaluation of material sustainability topics.
Rocio has served on Boards of private companies and not-for-profit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of SelectHealth, and on the Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors, NACD Chapter of Utah.
She is the President of the CRE: Consejo de Residentes Españoles en el Extranjero and serves on numerous councils and advisory boards.
Originally from Spain, Rocio is bilingual in English and Spanish and speaks French fluently.
